Amara ran the numbers for a shipping firm in Lagos until a stranger dealt her in at a table that was not there the night before. She woke in the Glass Courts of Vey, where every bet is weighed on a scale and a bluff that fails costs you your name. She won hers back in a hundred hands. Now she crosses over to find players worth testing.
